Vote YES for Aspen Schools!
Support our students and teachers!
Aspen School District will have four measures on the November 2025 ballot. All four questions are necessary to address significant cuts in state and federal funding.
The District’s four funding measures include:
4A: $5 million mill levy override (MLO) that will make up for the annual $5 million in lost state funding to address teacher salaries, maintain small class sizes, and support curriculum, including ASD’s coveted International Baccalaureate and Outdoor Education programs
4B: $95 million bond that will allow ASD to acquire approximately 55 employee housing units and make school infrastructure improvements.
2A: $4.75 million sales tax increase in Aspen (APEF) to recruit and retain new teachers and fairly compensate all teachers to help keep them rooted in our community.
2D: $500,000 property tax increase in Snowmass Village for recruiting, retaining and compensating teachers, similar to how the APEF funds are used to support teachers and students.
Saying YES to all four measures by Election Day will:
Support our teachers and staff and allow them to stay rooted in our community
Create innovative classrooms with high quality curriculum
Support athletic and artistic facilities
Maintain school buildings and improve transportation
